The Changi Airport Terminal 5 worksite project is a major project by Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure-CES_SDC Joint Venture (HSJV). The dormitory is home to almost 1,000 workers under HSJV on the T5 project. The dormitory is located at the Terminal 5 worksite. The 992-bed Construction Temporary Quarters (CTQ) has been in operation since Nov 2017. S11 Dormitories works closely with HSJV to manage the dormitory to home their workers fot the project.
Migrant Worker Onboarding Centre (MWOC) Ministry of Manpower
The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) operates two one-stop Migrant Worker Onboarding Centres (MWOC) at Tengah Road and Eunos Road. S11 Capital works closely with MOM to manage the two MWOCs. The workers arriving from the region are pound for the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) sectors. Each MWOC manages the newly-arrived workers and S11 plays its part in ensuring that the workers go through onboarding process. The onboarding process comprises two key components, namely enhanced medical examination and residential Settling-in Programme (SIP). Ensuring that all workers go through the process properly is integral to ensuring they will be able to enter the workforce as well as to be able to proceed to new dormitories.
