Close Cooperation with Ministries and Agencies
At S11, our belief is to work closely with all ministries and agencies to ensure we continuously maintain a living environment for all residents.
MasterChef at S11 came back with a vengeance as our residents cooked their way to the judges hearts with their best dishes. Yummy! Our community efforts with the SPF continues with officers conducting events with our residents.
In 2022, S11 pioneered the DE Learn-&-Earn programme to attract more passionate people to join us as Dormitory Executives. They get a chance to learn about the dormitory industry with a special allowance. Potential candidates learn communication techniques as well as basics of managing situations that can occur. International Migrants Day was celebrated in a BIG way with events for participants and balloon decorations to as S11 took part in celebrating our residents.
It was a virtual day out as all the residents participated in an online May Day event with residents from the different dorms under the S11 umbrella participating together.
The Covid-19 pandemic affected Singapore and strained the medical system for quarantine spaces. S11 rose to the challenge and Changi Lodge 2 became a General Quarantine Facility together with hotels across the country. We did so well, we were rated among the Top 10 GQF's.
We worked closely with Sengkang General Hospital to manage the spread of the pandemic in the community. Every level of management were on the ground working every step of the process.
Changi Lodge 2 had changes to more than just the facade with A&A works happening to upgrade the home for our residents in the East. We celebrated May Day with our residents and employees joining together in sports events. And the first set of employees were awarded Long Service awards for their loyalty and contribution to the organisation.
2018 was a year to remember. S11 achieved the prestigious Dormitory Awards (FEDA Category) for Changi Lodge 2. It was an acheivement made possible by everyone working together to achieve the objective of an innovative dormitory.

S11 hosted the Punggol NPC Safety & Security Safety Watch Group (SSWG) Table Top Exercise. As a part of the community, we believe in playing a part to ensure a safe cummonity for all.
We believe in a strong team and our team bonding event at Sentosa with all staff was a resounding success. Everyone went through the confidence courses and worked together to complete the various challenges.
A new dorm begins. PPT Lodge 1B hailed the beginning of a new way of homing our residents. Going beyond the norm in providing our residents from all countries a place to rest.
The groundbreaking for the new PPT Lodge 1B project begins a new era of dormitory living. The new dormitory will be a showcase of how technology works hand in hand with human empathy to lead the industry.
Fitness and competing healthily is a part of the lifestyle at S11 Dormitories. Sports competitions are regularly held for residents to participate in healthy competition.
With residents from South Asia and South East Asia, we celebrate the major festivals in Singapore with our residents with events. We often work with the various agencies to ensure that our livings standards are in line and above the standards set by the agencies.
Construction of Changi Lodge 2 begins. The first dormitory to incorporate all LED lighting and an innovative technology led system to run a dormitory. With all agencies checked, Changi Lodge 2 was all systems go to begin operations in 2011.

S11 Capital was awarded as a winner of the Enterprise 50 awards in 2015. The winners who were recognised stood out from the competition by going beyond boundaries. S11 was recognised for embracing technology and innovation in its dormitories.
